Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide an online tool that turns text into scary, creepy and horror-style voices using AI text-to-speech, together with audio effects (such as pitch, reverb, distortion and reverse) that run in your browser. Some features are in preview and may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Your Scripts and Generated Audio

You keep the rights you have in the text you submit. You are responsible for that text and for how you use the audio generated from it. Subject to these Terms, you may use the audio you generate — on the free tier or a paid plan — in your own projects, including commercial ones such as monetized videos, podcasts and games. You may not resell or redistribute the preset voices themselves (for example as a voice pack or a text-to-speech service).

The voices offered in the service are original characters. They are not, and must not be presented as, the voice of any real person or of any copyrighted character.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Use generated audio to impersonate a real person, or to deceive anyone into believing a real person said something.
• Use generated audio to threaten, harass, intimidate or frighten a real person who has not agreed to it, including prank calls or messages aimed at someone without their consent.
• Create audio that sexualizes minors, promotes violence against real people, or is otherwise illegal.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, or to circumvent usage limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are processed by Waffo as the Merchant of Record (reseller). Waffo handles payment collection, applicable taxes and billing, and the charge appears as WAFFO on your statement. Prices are shown in USD; your bank may convert the amount to your local currency, and a small conversion fee may apply.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, provided the purchased credits or plan have not been substantially used. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Subscription renewals are billed automatically at the start of each period; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
